Between 4 and 5 pm on Saturday 7th July this fabulous 1981, 1100 cc Honda Goodwin Trike will go under the hammer at the Nag’s Head, Scalby as part of the folk festival’s money raising efforts for the fabulous work of Martin House Children’s Hospice. Kindly donated by J&S Pub Company, the trike is fully serviced, has an MOT and is tax free.
A HUGE PROGRAMME OF DIFFERENT EVENTS WILL BE TAKING PLACE FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT AND TO RAISE MONEY FOR THE WONDERFUL WORK OF MARTIN HOUSE CHILDREN’S HOSPICE .
This year we have produced a superb 2025 calendar using 12 fantastic photographs submitted to the ScalbyFair photography competition. This will be available locally at The Plough Inn, High Street, the Nag’s Head, High Street, Body Concepts, High Street (all in Scalby) and at Newby and Scalby Library on Scalby Road.
The price will be £8.00 to include an envelope suitable for sending the calendar through the post should you wish.

Scalby Fair 2024 was everything anyone could wish for. Hundreds of people, old and young, had a wonderful day out, enjoying our huge range of stalls and the entertainment on offer. From the moment Danny Wilde opened the fair it was clear it was going to be a great day and it got better and better as the sun came out and the crowds arrived.
Our new bigger fair space gave plenty of room for stallholders and entertainers to give of their best. The feedback we have received has been very positive so we look forward to planning 2025 with excitement.
Scalby Fair is run by entirely by volunteers for the benefit of the community. They give their time and skills freely, in the hope that everybody will have a great time. Thank you to all these people who worked so hard – and a big thank you, too, to the people who volunteered just for Fair day itself to help with traffic management, manning the barbecue and other roles. We couldn’t have done it without you.
