It’s the 41st Scalby Fair Day with a street fair of over 50 different stalls, music, dancing and children’s rides and entertainment.

The final part of the third stage of the 2018 Tour de Yorkshire passed through Scalby Village on Saturday, 5 May 2018, prior to travelling down into Scarborough, on to Filey, then back to the finish on North Bay. The riders had begun the stage that morning at Richmond.
The Fair Committee decorated bikes and put up bunting in the Tour de Yorkshire colours.
