All pictures on this page were produced for the Fair by Aiden Lambe.
From the moment the ringmaster led the circus parade up Scalby High Street and Nancy drummed in the start of the Fair until we waved goodbye to the last of our stallholders, Scalby was the scene for a day of fabulous entertainment, great food, busy stalls and, best of all, great joy.

The Fair was blessed with perfect weather and happy crowds. Both of the entertainment hubs were deservedly well supported, the stalls were busy as were the gardens with displays ranging from artisans displaying their skills to martial arts.

None of this is possible without the great community spirit shown by our team of around 70 volunteers who willing give up their time to ensure that Yorkshire’s longest- running community street Fair continues to give so much pleasure to all involved. We are very optimistic that we will be able to make generous charitable donations as a result of the success of the Fair and we will share news of this once we know exactly the amount of money made.

Next year will be our 50th Anniversary and already ideas are being mooted to make it the best ever! Keep watching Facebook and this website to see how ideas are developing as we prepare for both the Easter Monday Scalby Fair Charity Walk 2027 and our next great Scalby Fair.
