2025 was a great year for Scalby Fair, a year that was only possible through the contribution made by hundreds of people. Thank you all for supporting Scalby Fair and making its ten events fantastically successful. Thanks to the Nags and Plough without whose support the Fair would not be possible.
Our main event of the week which is, of course, Fair Day was bigger and better than ever. Blessed by very warm weather there was a great turnout to enjoy the traditional delights of the Fair as well as several new attractions. There were seven other events during Fair Week. For the first time we held a classic car rally and in collaboration with Beckview Studios a live music lounge. These were in addition to our popular traditional events.
Earlier in the year the Easter Bunny themed Scalby Walk attracted almost 200 participants and pets. For the first time a Walk launch party was held in February.
The Fair was able to donate nearly £5,000 to local charities during the year.
