STALL AT SCALBY FAIR 2025
Newby & Scalby Community Library has had a stall at Scalby Fair every year since 2016.
We sell second-hand books, jigsaws, DVDs and CDs which have been given to us by
customers. Most books are priced at 50p or less and DVDs and CDs are just 10p each.
This year we will have some good as new BIG 500 House of Puzzles jigsaws which will be just £5 each.
Our volunteers always dress up and enter into the spirit of the fair. Our takings go towards paying our outgoings, including bills for heating, lighting, the upkeep of our beautiful garden and events we put on for children in the school holidays, which are free of charge.
We hope to see you at our stall – come and see how we interpret the theme of Super Heroes. The photo shows us at Scalby Fair 2019.
